This universal boot has an innovative top plate that adapts to the level regardless of the fork angle. The integrated QuickTrack™ system allows Topeak bags to be clipped in at the push of a button. The innovative Velcro fastening system allows for mounting to different bikes. It also gives you the option to mount different system bags on your bike.
